Service
We are currently converting newly built homes and villas into inns, mainly in the Sotobo region of Chiba Prefecture, and will handle not only customer check-in and check-out, but also management and maintenance of the inns. We also continue to sell newly built homes and renovated used condominiums as usual.
Business philosophy and content
Our company started as a design office, and has been designing, constructing, and selling land and buildings in order to produce stylish living spaces and moving experiences. Since then, we have been blessed with the opportunity to operate an inn ourselves, and currently operate or assist with six facilities in Tokyo and Chiba. In order to execute plans for upcoming facilities, we have started a new business to attract customers and operate your vacation homes when they are not in use through Booking.com and Airbnb. If you are interested, please contact us.
We are also looking for customers who would like to build or purchase a new vacation home and use it themselves while entrusting us with its operation.
