We received an inquiry email from an English person who wanted to turn his villa into an inn, asking if we could handle everything from renovation to obtaining licenses and operating the inn.

When we looked at the property, we found a single-story villa with an orange roof surrounded by a beautiful lawn, right in front of the central Onjuku coast.

The wooden house, built using traditional methods in the 1970s and with some flaws in its layout, was just waiting to be reborn.

The owner posed a challenge to us, and together with us we found the best solution, transforming it into a new, open, clean, playful space where you can relax and feel at ease.

It has only been two months since it became an inn, but we have received more reservations than expected and it has been very well received by customers.

Recently, a customer of this inn asked us to introduce a renovated inn to them.

I think it is moments like these that make it the most rewarding experience for those involved in this work as “renovators.”

The compliments and words of gratitude from our guests who have been soothed and refreshed by nature and an extraordinary space are a joy and a source of pride that we have never experienced before since running an inn.
